What to Bring

  • 2 swim suits and at least 1 sun hat/baseball cap/visor

  • flip flops for beach

  • sun screen and bug spray (3.4 oz. travel size)

  • work out clothes (light breathable clothing)

  • shoes for working out (running shoes, etc)

  • comfortable shoes for daily activities (running/walking shoes, etc.)

  • casual daytime clothes for beach (sun dresses, shorts, tank tops, T-shirts, sarongs)
